Leicester (UK), 3/10/2016 - 4/10/2016, TeamMate360 Kick-Off
On 3rd and 4th of October 2016 in Leicester (UK) was officially launched the European project TeamMate360.
TeamMate360 will result in the development of an online 360-degree assessment designed to support and develop Managers who lead virtual teams. Exponential Training is the lead partner which also includes VEDA (Bulgaria), The Institute for Small and Medium Enterprises (Ireland), Best Cybernetics, (Greece), SEC (Romania), ADHOC (Spain), and Udine University (Italy).
TeamMate mira a dotare i Teamleader, i manager e le imprese delle competenze necessarie per affrontare la sfida della gestione dei gruppi di lavoro a distanza, con lo scopo di massimizzarne i benefici.
