What is 360 Assessment?
The term 360° assessment refers to the practice of gathering and processing assessment feedback from multiple sources. The term 360° feedback refers to the de-briefing of and discussion with individuals about the results of their 360° assessment. All 360-degree assessment tools use questionnaires to obtain information about the manager from above, below and laterally, hence the term 360 degree. It is quite simply:

What is TeamMate 360 Assessment?
It includes an on-line questionnaire which is completed by the team leader and manager. It is also completed by the team leader’s manager, members of the team leader’s team and possible by some of the team leader’s colleagues. TeamMate 360 analyses the questionnaires and produces a short report.
Who is TeamMate 360 for?
TeamMate 360 is for managers and team leader who manage remote workers and team members or virtual teams. A remote worker might work from home, works as a sales representative only coming into the office occasionally or is member of a project team.
